Animation is where I get to go a bit wild. I love taking ideas that start as scribbles or rough sketches and turning them into moving, breathing pieces that feel alive. Titles that pop, transitions that surprise, motion graphics that make even a simple message feel exciting, it’s all fair game. Sometimes it’s clean and sleek, most of the time it’s chaotic and a little ridiculous, but it’s always intentional and fun.
I’ve worked on all sorts of projects: short films, documentary, music videos, branded content,
social media clips, weird experimental stuff. I love the freedom that animation gives - there are no limits, just possibilities. I get a kick out of combining style, timing, and a sense of humour to make visuals that stick in your head.
Working on animation isn’t just about making it look good. It’s about finding rhythm, telling a story, and connecting with people. Whether it’s a fast-paced, punchy sequence or a slow, moody, atmospheric piece, I get deep into the little details - easing in the curves, timing the beats, layering effects, and making sure every frame has energy.
I’m happiest when I’m collaborating. If you’ve got a half-baked idea, a vague concept, or even just a feeling you want to capture, I’ll help turn it into a visual language that works. And if it gets weird or playful along the way? Even better. That’s usually when the magic happens.

Pretty insane as a life-long guitarist that I got to be a part of this project. I led the 2D animation on this one, and dug into blender for z-plane motion on the tyres to spice some of those vehicle shots up. Animating Richie Blackmore's fingers during the solo section was a treat. Couldn't be more proud.
SKY SHOWTIME | A RECIPE FOR MURDER
I was lead animator for the documentary about the Edwin Arrieta murder. I'm a big murder doc guy so this was a proper dream job for me, and involved a full reconstruction of the murder in animation, which got pretty gruesome FYI. We had a really small team on this, and what we achieved in the time we achieved it was truly incredible. Here's the murder sequence!
EDGE HILL & UCAS | HOW TO APPLY TO UNIVERSITY
This one's an Eklectics job - concept to completion, with a little help from our animation friend Richard Leshone. Edge Hill University & UCAS were really lenient with my creative control, so this was fun, and I'd never taken my own storyboards to illustration before so that was an excellent experience, we delivered two animations in little over two weeks!
